摘要
文章从微观层面剖析文化生态,对洮岷花儿中"阿欧怜儿"曲令及其文化内涵所生存的文化空间、政府主导的基层实践现状予以了细描。洮岷地区唱花儿、听花儿、聊花儿的文化现象,实为当地的一种口头传统与生活方式,其源出于本土文化生态。断此,传承的文化活水便会成为无源之死水一潭。故"非遗"保护必赖其文化生态组成的文化空间之保护;"主导"作用需到位,不缺位,更不可越位。
Based on a fieldwork in a village, this paper elaborated existing cultural space, current situations at basic level of government leading role of a' oulian' er tune (a kind of hun' er) and its cultural connotations. Actually, singing, listening to and talking about hua' er, as a cultural phenomenon, has been a oral tradition and local way of life, which is based on local cultural tradition. Without is, cultural life here is be lifeless. Therefore, protecting intangible cultural heritage must be dependent on protecting of cultural space. The leading role must be in its place, that is to say, it should not be absent from or control the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.
