生化汤水提醇沉液对药流后大鼠子宫蜕膜Bcl-2、Bax影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究生化汤水提醇沉液对药流大鼠子宫蜕膜组织中细胞凋亡调控基因Bcl-2与Bax的影响,探讨其治疗药流后阴道出血的作用机理。方法将50只妊娠SD大鼠随机分成5组,各组均于妊娠第7天采用药物米非司酮配伍米索前列醇造成大鼠流产后出血过多模型,造模成功各组分别灌胃给药5日后处死,用免疫组化方法检测子宫蜕膜Bcl-2、Bax表达情况。结果缩宫素组、水提醇沉组、水煎剂组与模型组比较均有降低Bcl-2、促进Bax表达的作用(P<0.05);生化汤水提醇沉液降低Bcl-2、促进Bax表达的作用优于水煎剂组(P<0.05),两者治疗药流后阴道出血异常的功效有差异。结论生化汤水提醇沉液治疗药流后阴道出血的作用机理可能是通过降调Bcl-2,促进Bax使残留蜕膜组织变性坏死而排出,从而缩减药流后阴道出血而达到目的。 Objective To study the effect of Water Extraction and Meohol Precipitation of Shenghuatang on Bcl - 2 and Bax Expression in Rats'uterine Decidua after abortion induced by medication and discuss the mechanism of treating uterine bleeding after abortion. Methods 50 pregnant SD rats were divided into 5 groups, and hemorrhage models after abortion were made by using Mifepristone and Misoprostol at 7th day. Each group of models were killed after 5 days lavaging treatment and then expression of Bcl - 2 and Bax were tested by Immunohistochemistry method. Results The expres- sion of Bcl -2 in Oxytocin group, Water Extraction and Mcohol Precipitation group, water decoction group was lowered and expression of Bax in each group was improved comparing with control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The effect of Water Extraction and Alcohol Precipitation group was better than water decoction group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion By lowering Bcl -2 expression and raising Bax expression to promote denaturalization and necrosis of cast tissue and then expelling to stop bleeding was considered to be mechanism of Water Extraction and Alcohol Precipitation of Shenghuatan treating uterine bleeding after abortion induced by medication.
