骨髓间充质干细胞在体内的分布与分化

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有多向分化的潜能,已广泛应用于干细胞移植、组织工程和器官移植免疫治疗等方面,移植体内的MSCs在体内的分布和分化对其应用有重要意义,本文综述其分布、分化特点及机制的研究。 Bone marrow mesenchymal stem ceils (BMSCs) are capable of multi-directional differentiation, and were widely used in stem cell transplantation, tissue engineering, organ transplantation and immunotherapy, etc. The distribution and differentiation in vivo of MSCs after transplantation are important for their application. In this paper mechanisms of distribution and differentiation characteristics of BMSCs are reviewed.
