摘要
为了改善普通槽轮机构接触应力较大的缺陷,利用高副低代的原理,提出了一种新型的机构,使槽轮机构由线接触变为面接触。建立了新型槽轮机构的虚拟样机,对机构进行了运动学及动力学仿真,证明了新型槽轮机构的接触力大大降低。通过玻璃器皿压机的实际运行也充分证明了新型槽轮机构的运行非常平稳,寿命也大大提高。
In order to improve the deficiency of contact stress in ordinary Geneva Mechanism,a new type of mechanism based on low pairs replacing high pairs is designed,which changes the mechanism's tangency from line to side. The virtual prototype's establishment and simulation in dynamics and kinematics have proved that contact stress of the new type of mechanism has been largely decreased. The new type of mechanism has been proved to have more stable working process and longer life span through practical exercise.
