摘要
目的探讨单臂外固定支架在治疗地震致胫腓骨骨折中的临床应用效果。方法对152例地震致胫腓骨骨折患者行一期闭合复位单臂外固定支架固定。结果单臂外固定支架对胫腓骨骨折治疗效果良好,固定可靠。结论该术式简便快捷,软组织损伤小,适合短时间内对大批胫排骨骨折伤员进行固定治疗,方便转运,利于二期进一步处理。
Objective To study the clinical application of single-armed external fixation devices in treatment of tibiofibular fractures caused by earthquake injuries. Methods 152 cases of tibiofibular fractures caused by earthquake injuries were undergone primary closed reduction and single-armed external fixation. Results All cases got good resuits and reliable fixation. Conclusions This method is suitable for treatment of numbers of tibial-fibular fractures in short time, and is convenient for patients transportation, which is benificial for secondary treatment.
