摘要
南水北调中线工程跨越江、淮、黄、海四大流域,各流域丰枯遭遇不同,且引汉过程与北方供水区需水过程也不尽一致。引汉水只是供水区的补充水源,必须与当地水资源结合起来,统一调度、互相补充,共同承担供水任务,才能使有限的各种水源得到合理的、充分的利用。根据供水区的水源、水系、需水、工程条件等,引汉水与供水区水资源联合调度不仅是必须的,也是可行的。
The Middle Route Project for South to North Water Transfer extends through four major basins of the Yangtze River, the Huaihe River, the Yellow River and the Haihe River. The high water periods as well as low water periods for all the basins are different from each other in time of occurrence, and the course of water diversion from the Hanjiang River is not entirely consistent with that of water demand of the north area. The water diverted from the Hanjiang River is only a supplementary water source of water service area, so that it must be combined with local water resource of the water service area to commonly undertake the task of supplying water through joint deployment and mutual supplement, and to reasonably and fully utilize various limited water resources. According to the water service areas conditions of water source, water system, water demand and hydraulic works etc., joint deployment of the water diverted from the Hanjiang River and the water resource of the water service area is not only neccessary, but also feasible.
