摘要
基因治疗将是人类攻克许多难治性疾病的有效方法,超声微泡作为一种新型的基因载体,可以安全、简便、靶向性地将基因转移入特定的组织、细胞。本文阐述了超声联合微泡介导基因治疗的研究进展以及未来的应用前景。
Gene therapy is an efficient method to treat many refractory diseases, and microbubbles also can be used as a new gene carrier. By the use of ultrasound combined with microbubbles contrast media, gene could be transferred into specific cells or tissues safely, conveniently and targefingly. This paper reviews the advanced research of ultrasound combined with microbubbles contrast media in gene therapy and its future application perspective.
