摘要
利用环保型礼花弹壳是由模具压制成型的工艺特点,结合有限元分析方法,将礼花弹球壳内侧设计成网孔结构,可显著减轻重量而不影响其承载能力。该结构改进在降低生产成本的同时,可减少纸浆资源消耗,减少环境污染,产生可观的经济效益和社会效益。
Employing finite element method (FEM) , the structure design of the fireworks cartridge case is improved. With the mesh holes distributed in inner side of the sphere cartridge case, the mass of the case reduced sharply, and the carrying capacity has little change. The stucture design improvement can obviously decrease the production cost and reduce the pulp eonsumming, thus the design results in considerable economic benefit and social benefit.
