摘要
传统车制梯形螺纹是工件旋转、车刀等速移动,形成螺旋线。本文介绍了采用车刀旋转、工件等速移动,从而形成梯形螺旋线的新方法,该方法扩展了普通车床加工范围,解决了大型件无法加工的难题。
The conventional way of cutting the trapezoidal thread on the lathe is that the lathe cutter moves in uniform speed while the workpiece rotates, so that the helix of thread is formed, This paper introduces the new way of adopting the lathe cutter rotation while the workpiece moves in uniform speed, which expands the processing scope of conventional lathe machines and solves the difficult problem of machining the large workpiece.
