锥形件电磁成形数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:2

Numerical simulation and experiment of conical parts electromagnetic forming

摘要 采用半耦合法对锥形件电磁成形过程进行数值模拟。应用ANSYS/LS-DANA软件对平板线圈磁场进行计算,求得作用在板坯上的磁压力,应用eta/DYNAFORM软件对锥形件成形过程进行模拟,在此基础上分析了坯料直径对成形质量的影响,进行不同直径坯料的锥形件电磁成形试验,验证了有限元模拟方法用于锥形件电磁成形分析的有效性。 Electromagnetic forming process of conical parts was simulated with half coupling analysis. The software ANSYS/LS-DANA was used to compute the magnetic field of flat spiral coil, and the distribution of magnetic pressure was obtained. Conical parts forming process was simulated with the software eta/DYNAFORM. The affect of blank diameter to forming property were analyzed. The finite dement method applied to electromagnetic forming of conical parts was validated by experiments of different blank diameter.
