摘要
通过烧结杯试验和对转鼓指数的测定研究了恒定碱度条件下生石灰配比对烧结矿强度的影响。选取固定的铁料配比、碱度为2.0、燃料配比为6.0、水分为7.5为试验的基准。试验结果表明,转鼓强度随着生石灰配比的增加有增加的趋势,但当生石灰配比添加到5%时,烧结强度有明显的下降趋势。综合考虑以上因素,为了得到较高的转鼓强度选择石灰添加量为3%~4%为宜。
The influence of adding different quicklime under conditions of constant alkalinity to sinter strength was studied through the sintering cup test and drum index test. A fixed materials ratio of iron was selected. Alkalinity of 2.0, fuel ratio of 6.0, 7.5 for water were test the base. The results showed that the drum index trended to increase as quicklime ratio increase, but when quicklime was added to five percent, the sinter strength of the downward trend was obvious. When the above factors were considered to obtain a higher drum strength, the content of lime with three to four percent was suitable.
