溴化衍生气相色谱法测定环境水体中痕量苯乙烯 被引量:1

Determination of trace penylethylene in water with bromide derivatization and gas chromatography

摘要 溴水为衍生化试剂,使苯乙烯转化为1,2—二溴苯乙烷,再以抗坏血酸为稳定剂,用FFAP大口径石英毛细管柱进行分离,电子俘获检测器,气相色谱法测定环境水体中痕量苯乙烯。本方法与目前国家生活饮用水地表水源的标准检测方法比较,灵敏度提高了20倍。 The penylethylene was reacted with bromine water, finally it was changed to 1,2-dibromophenylethane. Then it was separated with the wide-bore capillary columns FFAP and detected by electron capture detector. Compared with standard examination method for drinking water quality, the sensitivity enhanced 20 times.
