摘要
采用多种细胞因子作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞（ＨＵＶＥＣ），测其ＩＬ－６的分泌。结果表明，ＩＦＮ－γ既可单独诱导又可协同促进ＴＮＦ－α诱导ＨＵＶＥＣ分泌ＩＬ－６。协同诱导的动力学表明，４ｈ后ＩＬ－６分泌明显提高。ＩＬ－１ｒａ对ＩＬ－１诱导的ＩＬ－６分泌具有抑制作用，而对ＬＰＳ诱导的ＩＬ－６分泌无影响。ＩＬ－１０可单独诱导ＨＵＶＥＣ分泌ＩＬ－６，并协同促进ＩＬ－１诱导的ＨＵＶＥＣ分泌ＩＬ－６。
おhe IL-6 was determined in supernatant of primary cultured human umbilical vessel endothelial cell(HUVEC) induced by several cytokines.The results demonstrated that IFNγ not only promoted but also synergically induced HUVEC with TNFα to secret IL6.IL6 secretion significantly rose after 4 hours when HUVEC induced by IFNγ combined with TNFα,IL1 or LPS.IL1ra appeared the inhibitory effect on IL6 release by HUVEC induced with IL1,but has no effect on IL6 production of HUVEC stimulated by LPS.IL10 promoted HUVEC to secret IL6,and synergically enhanced HUVEC to product IL6 induced by IL1.
