摘要
在对合资铁路的现状和合资铁路运营亏损的原因进行分析的基础上,论述朔黄铁路运营模式的成功运作经验。总结出合资铁路扩能增效需要加强和完善的方面,为铁路改革做出有益的探索。朔黄铁路运营模式的成功,为我国铁路的运营,特别是合资铁路的运营提供了值得借鉴的模式。
On the basis of analyzing the reasons for the loss of the railway joint venture operating and current railway joint venture operating mode, the paper demonstrated the successful experiences of Shuohuang operation mode. Summing up a joint venture to expand the railway and improve the efficiency of the need to strengthen respect for the reform of the railway made useful exploration. Shuohuang railway＇s successful business model has provided valuable references for China＇s railway operations, especially for the joint venture of the railway operation.
