深基坑桩锚与土钉墙联合支护结构的变形监测分析 被引量:11

摘要 通过对郑州楷林大厦深基坑桩锚与土钉墙联合支护结构的水平位移及周边建筑物的沉降进行监测和分析,探讨了基坑开挖与施工不同阶段围护结构的位移和周边建筑的沉降规律,总结出影响基坑位移和周围建筑物沉降的因素,由此得出一些有益于指导基坑设计和施工的结论:(1)支护结构产生的水平位移主要出现在土方开挖和基坑支护阶段,基底垫层浇筑完毕后,位移速率减缓,在进行地下室主体施工时位移趋于稳定;(2)基坑开挖后,围护结构的变形大小与基坑周边的土体处于临空状态的时间以及土方开挖的速度有很大的关系,临空时间长,结构变形大;(3)周边建筑物的沉降与基坑的水平位移并不同步,一般滞后10 d左右. Based on the monitoring and analysis of the horizontal displacement of supporting structure and of the settlement the surrounding buildings of Zhengzhou Kai-Lin Building,deep foundation pit with com-bination support of piles anchor and soil nailing wall,the deformation characteristics of related structurs in different stages are summed up, and the factors that influence the displacement of excavations and the set-tlement of surrounding buildings are discussed. Some useful conclusions are drawn which will help the pit design and construction: (1) The horizontal displacement occurred mainly in the digging and supporting stage,and it will slows down after the completion of cushion basis and remain stable in the basement con-struction. (2) After the excavation,the deformation of supporting structure and the suspending state of the surrounding earth are proportional to the digging speed and the suspending time. (3)The settlement of sur- rounding buildings and the horizontal displacement of the excavation is not synchronized, the lagging being about 10 days.
