HIV/AIDS患者高效抗病毒治疗及耐药性研究

摘要 艾滋病正以日益严重的趋势影响着人类,随着高效抗病毒治疗(HAART)的出现,让越来越多的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病患者延长了生命,看到了生存的希望。但是HIV耐药性的出现,已经成为HAART失败最重要的原因之一。随着实验技术的发展,人们已能从分子水平解释耐药发生的机制。本文就HIV/AIDS患者的抗病毒治疗、耐药发生情况及检测技术等作了综述。 AIDS is affecting the human beings at a growing trend. With the emergence of highly active antiretroviral therapy, the HIV/AIDS patients extend their lives, and see the hope of living. But the appearance of HIV drug resistance, it has become one of the most important failures in HAART. As the development of experimental technology, peoples have explained the mechanism of drug resistance at the molecular level. This paper is reviewed on HIV/AIDS patients with HAART, the occurrence of drug resistance, the detection technology of drug resistance, and so on.
