摘要
为满足1200t/d的矿石处理量的需要,某铜矿组织实施了把实际处理量为600t/d的铜硫选矿厂改扩建为1200t/d的技术改造,以半自磨代替原有的圆锥破碎和筛分。结果表明改造后在扩大了处理量的同时又简化了流程,使流程更趋于合理,取得了较好的经济效果。
In order to meet the requirement of ore capacity of 1200t/d, a technical innovation (from actual capacity of 600t/d to 1200t/d capacity in Cu-S concentrator) has been put into practice by a copper mine, previous cone crushing and screening are replaced by semi-autogenous grinding. The results indicate that after the technical innovation, not only the capacity is increased, but also the process is simplified, a good economic effect has been gained.
