垂直厌氧折流板反应器处理制浆废水的研究

摘要 采用垂直厌氧折流板反应器处理制浆废水。分析了该反应器的负荷对制浆废水中COD去除率的影响以及进、出水pH值的变化,确定了沼气的产率。研究结果表明,在(37±1)℃、负荷为10 kg/(m3.d)左右时,COD去除率保持在40%左右,且运行稳定。随着该废水进水浓度的提高,去除率还会提高。在很短的时间内,该反应器即可完成二次启动过程。 The experimental equipment and the process of the Vertical Anaerobic Barfed Reactor technology were introduced to treat pulp mill wastewater. The affection of anaerobic volume loading rate on the COD removal rate and the pH variety of the influent and the effluent were analyzed; and the biogas production rate was also confirmed. The results showed the COD removal rate of VABR remained more than 40% at the temperature of (37±1)℃ when the VLR is 10 kg/m3 ·d, and it also runs steadily. With the promotion of the concentration of influent, the COD removal rate will also promote. The secondary start-up of VABR can be finished in a short time.
