摘要
湖南华电长沙发电有限公司2×600MW机组多次发生汽动给水泵烧瓦事故,严重威胁了机组的安全运行。通过对比烧瓦前后的参数、分析烧瓦现象以及进行各种试验,找出了烧瓦的根本原因是油中含大的颗粒物和运行中油温偏低。采取了增大汽动给水泵润滑油压力、扩大汽动给水泵进油节流板、严格控制小汽轮机油温等一系列措施,有效地解决了烧瓦问题。
The bush burning loss fault of steam-driven feed pump was happened repeatedly in 2 × 600 MW units of Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited, and which caused a grave threat to units safety operation. The parameters before and after bush burning loss were compared, the bush burning loss appearance was analyzed, and some experiments were accomplished. Then the basic reasons of bush burning loss fault were found which is that there were large particulates in oil and the oil temperature was lower at operation. A series of measures were adopted which includes to increase the lubricating oil pressure, to enlarge the oil inlet throttling plate and to control the oil temperature of small turbine strictly and others, so the problem of bush burning loss was resolved effectively.
