摘要
分别从辽宁省沈阳市新立堡和新民地区肉鸡场分离到2株柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)。经雏鸡增殖后,选用地克珠利、马度霉素、三宝盐霉素和三宝球精对虫株进行药物敏感性试验,并以抗球虫指数、最适抗球虫活性百分率、病变记分减少率、相对卵囊产量为试验指标进行综合评定。结果表明,柔嫩艾美耳球虫新立堡株除对三宝球精中度敏感之外,对其他3种药物均不敏感。而新民株则对三宝球精中度敏感,对地克珠利轻度敏感,而对其他的2种药物均不敏感。
Two strains of Eimeria tenella were isolated from Xinlipu and Xinmin district,Shenyang city,Liaoning province.After reproduction,two strains of E.tenella were tested by diclazuril,maduramcin,salinomycin and sanbaoqiujing respectively to measure the resistance.Based on the criteria of the percent of optimum anticoccidial activity（POAA）,relative oocysts production（ROP）,reduction of lesion score（RLS）,and anticoccidial index（ACI）,the results showed that the Xinlipu strain was middle level drug-resistance to sanbaoqiujing and heavy resistance to the others.While Xinmin strain was middle and light level drug-resistance to Sanbaoqiujing and diclazuril respectively.
