摘要
利用热分析手段研究了添加镧对FeSiBCuNb非晶合金晶化过程晶相析出温度的影响。试验结果表明,镧明显改变了α-FeSi放热峰的形状和位置,随镧含量的增加,第一放热峰向高温移动。因镧的加入,高温析出相(硼化物)的放热峰位置偏移,形状变得陡峭。由热磁曲线得到的该合金的居里温度随镧加入量的提高而下降。含镧合金的性能分析证实:加入镧不能改善该合金的磁性能。
DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) technique has been employed to detect the influence of La on the crystallizing temperature of amorphous alloys FeSiBCuNb. The results show that the shape and position of the peak corresponding to αFeSi precipitation change obviously due to the addition of La. With the increase of La content, the first peak shifts to the high temperature. The second peak, which corresponds to the crystallization of FeB compounds, turns sharp. Alloys with higher La contents show lower Curie temperature; meanwhile, La shows no use in improving the magnetic properties.
