摘要
通过回归正交设计确定了连铸保护渣基料(CaF2-CaO-SiO2-Na2O)挥发率与碱度、Na2CO3、CaF2含量、温度及时间的二次函数关系式。分析结果表明,在碱度较低或时间较短时,Na2CO3、CaF2含量对挥发率影响不大;在上述5个因素中,温度对挥发率影响最大,而Na2CO3对挥发率的影响超过CaF2。
The secondorder function of volatility of mould powder base (CaF_2CaOSiO_2Na_2O) with basicity, Na_2CO_3, CaF_2, temperature and time has been established through orthogonal design. The results show that the effect of Na_2CO_3 and CaF_2 on volatility isn′t strong when time is short or basicity is low, temperature is the strongest factor affecting volatility, and the effect of Na_2CO_3 on volatility is stronger than that of CaF_2.
