摘要
研究了在高炉喷吹煤粉中加入4%~20%铁矿粉的输送工艺。结果表明,粉状物料的浓相输送与流化速度、补气量、输送管径有关。铁矿粉的比重大使摩擦系数增大,对浓相输送时的各种参数有一定影响。只有适当控制这些参数,才不会出现铁矿粉沉积或偏析现象。
In this paper , the conveying process of pulverized coal mixed with 4 %~20 % fine iron ore has been investigated for BF injection. For dense phase conveying of pulverized material there is a close relationship among many parameters, such as fluidization velocity, carrier gas flow rate, pipe diameter etc. The larger specific gravity of fine iron ore results in an increase of friction factor of dense phase conveying and has certain influence on various parameters. The deposition and segregation of fine iron ore can be avoided by suitable control of various parameters.
