摘要
我国高等教育进入大众化阶段以后,高等学校面临越来越激烈的市场竞争。针对目前高校发展过程中出现的千校一面的趋同化现象,本文从哲学的角度解析了中国的"和"文化以及"和而不同"的儒家思想,同时把传统文化的精髓运用到高等教育的改革和发展战略中,深入地分析了"和而不同"哲学思想对高校办学特色建设的启示,为我国高校的特色化办学道路指明了前进的方向。
With the entrance of Chinese higher education into the stage of popularity, universities and colleges are facing with the fiercer and fiercer market competition. Be Aiming at the phenomenon of ＂becoming the same＂ during the development of universities and colleges, the thesis interprets and analyzes Chinese ＂harmony＂ culture as well as the Confucian thinking of ＂to be in harmony but to be varied＂, meanwhile applies the pith of traditional culture to the strategy of higher education＂ reform and develop- ment, thoroughly analyzes enlightenment of the philosophical thinking of ＂to be harmony but to be varied＂ to the building of universities and colleges＂ characteristics, shows clearly the direction of going forward in the course of universities and colleges＂ characteristic school-running.
