摘要
针对环境约束的企业效率评价中各输入输出指标分量可自由调整的特征,建立了从投入和产出两个角度同时评价企业效率的DEA综合评价模型.该模型不要求各分量以相同比例增大或减小,使投入与产出要素根据实际情况同时进行自由调整,实现决策单元的整体最优.证明了新的模型与通用的C2GS2模型具有相同的有效性和一些相关性质.
Considering freely disposable characteristics of input and output in productive efficiency measurement with environmental emissions, an synthesized productive efficiency measurement model was established based on environmental constraints. The restriction that input and output should satisfy strong disposability is relaxed to make them become freely disposable and the aggre- gate optimization of decision making units will be achieved. It also proves that the new model has the same DEA efficiena as the conventional C^2 GS^2 model. Some properties of the new model were discussed.
