摘要
采用雾流强化实验装置对天然气水合物的合成进行实验研究,发现该方法能增加气-水接触面积、强化传热传质以及加速水合物生成.实验数据验证了反应压力与系统过冷度是水合物快速形成的重要影响因素.当反应温度一定时,初始压力越大,反应压降速率越大;过冷度越大,对应的压降速率越大.
A set of experimental apparatus for forming natural gas hydrate (NGH) by spraying water into the reactor was presented. The experimental research on producing NGH with this apparatus was conducted. It concludes that the method of spraying water to form NGH increases the contact area between natural gas and water phase, and enhances heat and mass transfer. Therefore, water spraying accelerates NGH formation. Meanwhile, the experiment results validate that reaction pressure and sub-cooling degree in the reaction system are important influenciai factors on the fast formation of NGH.
