摘要
作者对配制的发动机润滑油添加剂—FPS减摩剂。台架试验证实,发动机润滑油添加减摩剂后,可节省燃油4.9~6.1%,机械效率提高4.5~9.2%,抗咬死运行时间增长11倍。根据试验测定参数,认为FPS减摩剂能在动配合表面形成一层低摩擦系数的可靠边界润滑膜,从而降低配合表面运动时的摩擦损失,提高气缸活塞环的密封性,使燃料燃烧条件得到改善。
An additive for friction-reducing (FPS) was mixed in engine lube-oil about 5% in contents. A series of bench tests on both diesel and gasoline engines were proceeded. The results reveal that the oil consumption decrease 4.9 to 6.1%, the mechanical efficiency raise 4.5 to 9.2%, and the bite-resisting operation time increase 11 times. According to the data obtained, the writer believe that the FPS friction-reducing additive could form a reliable boundary lubrication coating which decreses the friction losses between moving parts, increases the sealing ability of piston rings and improve the combustion conditions in cyclinder.
