摘要
通过对某三级甲等综合性医院当前临床医师"三基"现状及存在问题的分析,提出相应的方法、措施等意见和建议,供今后进一步改进与完善"三基"工作提供参考。
This paper describes and analyses the present situation and problems of the clinicians＇ ＂three - basics＂ （ basic theo- Py, basic knowledge, and basic skill ） in a large general hospital, then puts forward corresponding suggestions on the methods and measures to tackle the problems and improve and perfect the ＂three -basics＂ training in the future.
