摘要
目的:通过其毒性作用机制分析中药薯蓣科植物黄药子可能含有的肝毒性组分。方法:将黄药子75%乙醇提取物依次用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取,采用SD雄性大鼠进行体内筛选和研究,观察不同组分对肝毒性的影响,分析其致毒机理。结果:氯仿部位肝毒性作用强于其它部位。结论:黄药子氯仿萃取物具有显著的肝毒性,且与自由基损伤有关。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze potential components of Dioscorea bulbifera L which have hepatic toxicity through investigating their mechanism of toxicity.Methods:The extract of Dioscorea bulbifera L extracted with 75% ethanol under reflux were further extracted in order with chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,water.To observe hepatic toxicity of the different components and analyze their mechanism of action through screening and study in vivo using SD male rats.Results :The extract of Dioscorea bulbifera L extracted with Chloroform possesses more severe hepatic toxicity than other components.Conclusion : The extract of Dioscorea bulbifera L extracted with Chloroform has significant hepatic toxicity,and which is related to damage of the oxygen free radicals.
