摘要
目的探索家兔正常面神经F波的检测方法和F波各参数的正常值范围,为面神经F波动物实验的深入研究提供电生理学依据。方法选取15只正常家兔30侧面神经,分别对其采用皮外刺激和暴露面神经直接刺激的方法进行检测,用单针电极在家兔上唇瓣肌记录正常面神经F波。结果皮下刺激时正常家兔面神经F波出现率为45.31%,暴露刺激时为67.81%;皮下刺激时引出F波所需电流强度较大,而两种刺激方式所得平均潜伏期、平均波幅和F/M波幅比间无显著性差异;正常家兔左右两侧面神经F波的各参数之间无明显差异。结论通过对比两种不同刺激状态下的各参数值,认为在直接暴露刺激的状态下,面神经F波出现频率高、稳定性好、干扰较小,因此在研究面神经F波的动物实验中,应在暴露面神经的状态下进行检测;暴露状态下所得F波各参数值稳定、可靠,能够为家兔面神经F波动物实验的深入研究提供重要参考。
OBJECTIVE To search a method of detecting normal facial F-waves in rabbits and obtain a range of normal parameter values of F-wave for a basis of further electrophysiology research of facial F-waves. METHODS Subcutaneous stimulus and exposed stimulus of 15 normal rabbits (30 facial nerve samples) were detected after facial nerve exposed and mono-needle electrode were used to record normal facial F-waves on upper labium muscle of rabbits. RESULTS The occurrence of facial F-waves in normal rabbits was 45,31% under subcutaneous stimulus and 67.81% under exposed stimulus; F-waves under subcutaneous stimulus need to be elicited under large current intensity. But there was no significant difference among mean latency, mean amplitude and F/M amplitude ratio obtained by different stimulus patterns; There was no significant difference between bilateral parameters of facial F-waves in normal rabbits. CONCLUSION Through contrasted the parameters obtained by different stimulus patterns, facial F-wave was of higher occurrence, more stability and less interaction under exposed stimulus. Facial nerve should be exposed when detecting facial F-wave; The parameter values obtained under exposed stimulus is stable and reliable, so they can provide important reference for further research on F-waves.
