基于数据需求的高速公路信息采集点分级布设策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 交通采集数据反应了交通运行状况的变化,是高速公路运营管理决策的重要依据,然而有限的采集点对于整个路网来说总是稀疏的,采集的信息也是局部的、包含噪声的交通信息。本文在已有研究的基础上,分析政府交通部门、道路运营管理公司、汽车驾驶员所构成的交通信息三级消费结构特征,其中政府的宏观决策、公司的运营管理与微观的车辆诱导对信息需求相异,同样的信息来源需要面对多样的用户需求,信息采集与信息消费间存在密切联系。本文按此思路开展研究,在分析数据层次性需求的基础上,研究符合采集点布设实际需要的高速公路信息采集点的分级布局策略。 operation Traffic data collection is the important criterion for decision making of highway and management. However, the limited information collecting points are sparse for a whole Based on th of traffic road network, and the information collection is partial and noise-included e existed researches, this paper analyzed a three-level consumption structure data that is consisted of government departments in charge of the traffic, transportation operation and management companies, and automobile drivers, in which the data demands of macroscopical decision making for government, operation and management for company and microcosmic vehicle guidance for driver are different. The same information source has to meet multiplicate requires from users, and there is a close and inherent logic connection between the information collection and data consumption. By this main line, the paper probed into the grading layout methods of the information collecting point according to the practical needs for the layout of collecting points.
