摘要
高校图书馆向社会开放是一个时期以来的热门话题,并已在业界取得共识,但现实状况却与美好的愿望形成强烈的反差。文章论述了高校图书馆为社会服务的现状,理性地分析了高校馆向社会开放的主要障碍,多角度地探讨解决这一难题的策略,并从三个层面阐明高校馆向社会开放应注意的问题,以期高校图书馆资源向社会开放的实效最大化。
University library opening to the community has been a hot topic over a period of time and has achieved consensus in that field, but the effectiveness creates a strong contrast to people＇ s expectations. The article expounds the status que of the university library information services to the community, rationally analyses the major obstacles in the opening the university library to the community, and probes into the solution to the problem from three angles so as to maximize the social values of the university library resources opening to the society.
