鞘内注射氯胺酮对大鼠吗啡耐受的影响 被引量:1

摘要 长期应用吗啡治疗中、晚期癌性疼痛时常常可诱发吗啡耐受,从而导致毒副作用。研究表明,硬膜外或鞘内注射氯胺酮可抑制吗啡耐受的发生,上述研究均是采用躯体性痛动物模型。本研究拟以内脏性痛和躯体性痛大鼠模型,评价鞘内注射氯胺酮对吗啡耐受的影响。
