双能X线吸收法测量老年妇女髋部骨密度分析

Analysis of hip bone mineral density of aged women measured by dual energy Xray densitometry

摘要 目的旨在了解健康与髋部骨折老年妇女股骨近端骨密度及其形态上的几何学差异。方法用双能X线吸收法测量33例髋部骨折及103例健康老年妇女的股骨颈骨密度(BMD)和髋轴长度(HAL),进行组间比较。结果髋部骨折老年妇女股骨颈BMD为0.6046±0.1190g/cm2,低于健康老年妇女的0.7295±0.1017g/cm2,其HAL为10.65±0.98cm,高于健康老年妇女的10.23±0.84cm(均为P<0.01)。健康老年妇女HAL与股骨颈BMD及年龄因素均无相关关系(分别为r=0.07和0.12,P>0.05)。结论髋轴长度是能够独立区分髋部骨折老年妇女与健康人群的测量指标。 Objective To find the differences of bone mineral density (BMD) and geometry of proximal femur between healthy and hip fracture aged women. Methods BMD and hip axis length (HAL) of proximal femur were measured by dual energy Xray absorptiometry (DXA) in 33 aged (>60 years old) hip fracture women and 103 healthy aged women. Results The mean femoral neck BMD value of hip fracture aged women was 06046±01190g/cm2,statistically smaller than 07295±01017g/cm2; and their mean HAL 1065±098cm was longer than 1023±084cm of the healthy control group (P<001,respectively). There was no relationship between HAL and age (r=012) or femoral neck BMD (r=007) in 103 healthy aged women. Conclusions HAL can be taken as an index to distinguish hip fracture from healthy aged women population independent of BMD measurement of proximal femur.
