摘要
靖边气田部分区块的气井进入集气站后经过分离器分离之后,分离器内积液直接排至地埋式污水罐,造成污水罐区烃类气体和H_2S浓度过大,如果污水罐呼吸阀堵塞,可能造成憋罐;在集气站内放空和单井放空的天然气未经气液分离放空时,将大量的气井污水经火炬带出站外引起火雨,造成不同程度的污染,同时频繁损坏火炬本身。针对上述应用闪蒸分液罐的闪蒸、分液双重作用保证集气站现场正常生产,减少环境纠纷。
gas which from well in part of JingBian gas field block entered the gas station, through the separator, then condensate inside the separator directly to the buried sewage tank, causing concentration of hydrocarbon gas and H2S is too large around the sewage tank;If the breathing valve on the sewage tank doesnot work well,and flash vapour should be hold inside and caused the sewage tank overpressured.During the gas station and single well short of natural gas without separation, it will be a large number of gas sewage out of the fire torch and pollute the environment,sometimes produced the fire rain outside the station and damaged ground crops, at the same time the fire torch damage frequently.In the past three years,do the research work against the above-mentioned scene problems, carried out that muhi-purpose tank has flash vaporization and separate fluid roles and can ensure normal production, reduce environmental disputes, and improve relations between the enterprises.
