摘要 骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折是老年人常见病，严重影响了生活质量。以往治疗方法为单纯采用俯卧背伸复位、佩戴矫形支具、理疗、止痛等姑息疗法。经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）是近年来治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折、椎体转移瘤等疾病引起疼痛的一项新型微创脊柱外科技术，被认为是理想的较为安全的选择。从2003年10月至2007年4月，应用球囊经皮椎体成形手术系统治疗椎体压缩骨折17例30椎，取得了良好效果，现总结如下。
