摘要
研究了成型方式、养护方式、集料级配等因素对聚合物改性多孔水泥混凝土(PMPC)性能的影响。研究结果表明:成型方式方面,宜采用振动台振动成型,试件上方配重5 kg,振动时间为30 s;养护方式方面,采用7 d薄膜保湿养护,之后自然养护为宜;采用碎石(4.75—9.5 mm)与机制砂作为混凝土集料,当w(碎石(4.75—9.5 mm))∶w(机制砂)=9∶1时,PMPC具有较好的强度及透水性能。
This paper researches some factors influencing the performance of polymer-modified porous concrete (PMPC for short), including molding methods, curing methods and gradations of aggregate. The results show that it is good to use vibrating table molding PMPC with 5 kg loading, the best vibrating time is 30 s. Comparing with different curing methods of PMPC, the best curing method is to keep wet using thin film for 7 d, and then to keep dry in natural condition. Using 4.75--9.5 mm particle size stones and artificial sands as aggregate, when 4.75--9.5 mm particle size stones: artificial sands = 9 : 1, PMPC has the better strength character and pervious performance.
