摘要
合同管理是建筑企业管理中一个十分重要的方面,尤其是中国加入WTO已经多年了,贸易保护格局已被打破,建筑企业加强合同管理的研究显得十分必要。当前,在建筑业务合作中,合同管理纠纷不断,有的导致双方对簿公堂,影响了双方关系。文章通过案例分析,提出建立合同管理机制的主要措施。
Contract management is important for a construction enterprise and it is necessary to study as how to strengthen contract management for the construction enterprise since trade protection has been broken after China＇s entrance into WTO years ago. But there are continual contract disputes or even litigation that has seriously damaged the cooperation of the construction parties. Based on case analysis, the article puts forward measures for the establishment of contract management.
