摘要
本课题通过在砂浆中掺加聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂,分析纤维对混凝土的体积约束和膨胀剂对砂浆的体积补偿收缩,对不同环境、不同配比的砂浆进行对比试验,研究砂浆的早期收缩规律。结果表明,在风荷载作用下,砂浆干缩值最大,加入膨胀剂和聚丙烯纤维后,可明显改善砂浆收缩和裂缝扩展。
When mekralon and expansion agent are admixed into mortar, the former performs volume restriction of the concrete and the later shrinkage compensation. The laws of an early shrinkage in mortar is studied by the comparative experiments of mortar mixed under different environmental conditions and with different proportions. The test result indicates that the drying shrinkage of mortar reaches its maximum under wind load while the shrinkage and cracking extention in the mortar could be alleviated obviously with the addition of expansion agent and mekralon.
