摘要
目的:观察恩替卡韦(ETV)联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化临床疗效。方法:将68例门诊CHB肝纤维化患者随机分为ETV联合安络化纤丸治疗组及安络化纤丸对照组。对比分析两组患者治疗前后血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、肝功能及血清HBV-DNA的变化。结果:治疗组在降低血清肝纤维化指标及改善肝功能方面均优于对照组,并可使HBV-DNA复制能力下降。结论:ETV联合安络化纤丸治疗CHB肝纤维化具有良好的抗肝纤维化作用、促进肝功能恢复及迅速抑制HBV-DNA复制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of entecavir in combination with Anluo Huaxian pills on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 68 outpatients who had been randomly divided into entecavir plus Anluo Huaxian pills treatment group and Anluo Huaxian pills control group. The levels of serum ALT, AST, HA, LN, Ⅳ-C, HBV-DNA were compared before and after being treated. Results The levels of ALT, AST, HA, LN, Ⅳ-C, HBV-DNA in treatment group after being treated were lower obviously than those of control group. Conclusion The results show that the treatment with entecavir in combination with Anluo Huaxian pills can play promoting antifibrotic effect and decreasing alanine aminotransferase level, and fast inhibiting HBV-DNA replication on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients.
