摘要
目的:探讨清肺化痰汤合红霉素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠血清、肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白介素-8(IL-8)表达及气道炎症的影响。方法:将40只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,采用复合因素造模法建立COPD大鼠模型,以观察清肺化痰汤合红霉素对COPD大鼠血清、BALF中IL-8表达及气道炎症的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组各大鼠小气道出现组织细胞损伤、管壁炎症细胞浸润、血管增生及肺泡的融合,血清及BALF的IL-8的含量明显上升;与模型组比较,红霉素组在应用红霉素干预后大鼠小气道出现组织细胞损伤、管壁炎症细胞浸润、血管增生及肺泡的融合有所好转,血清及BALF的IL-8的含量明显下降,具有统计学意义;红霉素+清肺化痰汤组较红霉素组在同样的检测指标有明显下降。结论:清肺化痰汤合红霉素可以降低血及BALF中IL-8的表达,明显的抑制气道炎症的改变,提示清肺化痰汤具有治疗COPD气道炎症的作用。
Objective To discuss the effects of Qingfei Huatan decoction combined with erythromycin in COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) model rats, including IL-8 in serum. BALF and airway inflammation. Methods 40 SPF level Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, COPD model rats were induced by complex factors, which is in order to observe the effects of Qingfei Huatan decoction combined with erythromycin on the expression of IL-8 in serum, BALF and airway inflammation. Results Compared with control group, model group appeared cell injury in small airway, inflammatory wall cells infiltration, angiogenesis and integration of alveoli, IL-8 levels in serum and BALF increased significantly; compared with those of model group, after the intervention, small airway tissue injury, wall infiltration of inflammatory cells, angiogenesis and integration of alveoli were all improved, IL-8 levels in serum and BALF decreased significantly in erythromycin group; compared with those of erythromycin group, indices of erythromycin + Qingfei Huatan decoction group were decreased significantly. Conclusion Qingfei Huatan decoction combined erythromycin can reduce the expression of IL-8 in serum and BALF, significantly inhibit the change of airway inflammation, suggesting Qingfei Huatan decoction can treat COPD airway inflammation.
