摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤之并发症的分类,提供临床合理诊治方案。方法回顾性分析颅脑损伤325例在治疗过程中所有并发症,结合文献试将颅脑损伤的并发症进行初步分类。结果颅脑损伤并发症、合并病,可以归纳为:直接并发症;间接并发症;医源性并发症;伴发伤和合并病。结论分类之后的并发症具有一定的条理性,便于叙述和记忆,有利于并发症、伴发伤和合并病防治,便利医患沟通。
Objective To discuss classification of the complications with craniocerebral injury. Methods To review and analyse 325 patients who had some complications and try to categorize these complications. Results The complications of the craniocerebral injury are much and complex, but it can be categorized to 4 types： direct one; indirect one; medical one and accompanied injury or disease. Conclusion After classification, the complications become orderliness, which is easy to describe and remember and good for prevention and treatment. Patients can be comprehensive understanding.
