摘要
文章通过对锥齿轮的逆向重建实例来描述CATIA的逆向设计过程,整个流程分为获取点云、点云预处理、曲面重构三个部分,用激光扫描仪获取三维点云数据,在CATIA中对点云进行数据处理,实现曲面重构,最终生成曲面锥齿轮的实体模型,说明了逆向工程的整个设计应用流程。
Describes the reverse design process of CATIA through the reverse rebuild instances of bevel gear,the whole procedure can be described as obtaining point cloud,point cloud pretreatment,surface reconstruction three portions,obtains three dimensional point cloud data by using laser scanner, treats data of point cloud in CATIA to realize surface reconstruction,and finally generates the entity model of hypoid bevel gear,explains the entire design application process of reverse engineering.
