摘要
目的掌握衢州市布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情动态,为预测布病流行趋势、制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据浙江省布病监测工作统一布署和要求,血清学结果和病例判定参照"布鲁氏菌病诊断标准和处理原则(GB15988-1995)"。结果2007年衢州市畜间布病共监测奶牛1071头,阳性26头,阳性率2.43%(26/1071);共监测重点人群血清304份,发现1例布病血清阳性,阳性率0.33%(1/304)。结论衢州市人间布鲁氏菌病的威胁仍然存在,今后应该采取综合防治措施,以控制人间布病。
Objective To get an insight into the epidemic dynamics of human brucellosis in Quzhou City to provide scientific basis for predicting the epidemic trend of brucellosis and formulating strategies of prevention and control. Methods Surveillance was carried out by following the requirements of the ＂Brucellosis Surveillance in Zhejiang＂. Diagnostic Standard and Management Principle of BruceLlosis （ GB15988 - 1995 ） was taken as the reference for serologic results and case evaluations. Results Totally 1071 milk cows in Quzhou City were detected serologically in 2007, there were 26 positive subjects with the positive rate of 2.43% （26/1071 ）. Meanwhile, 304 human sera were detected. There was 1 positive sample with the positive rate of 0.33% （1/304 ）. Conclusions There still exists a threat of brucellosis in Quzhou City. Comprehensive measures for prevention and therapy should be taken to control human brucellosis in Quzhou City.
