Nafion膜中ZnS纳米晶的合成及其光学性质 被引量:1

Preparation and optical properties of nanocrystalline zinc sulfide in Nafion membranes

摘要 以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为前驱体,采用离子交换沉淀法在全氟磺酸离子交换膜(Nafion)中组装得到纳米ZnS晶体,利用高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)研究了ZnS纳米晶粒在膜中的形貌、大小和分布,采用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析了Nafion膜中组装ZnS晶体的光学性质.结果表明,在Nafion膜中合成的ZnS具有高的结晶度.进一步研究表明,不同体系下在Nafion膜中合成的ZnS纳米晶体表面缺陷含量不同导致了其光学性质的差异,其中,乙醇体系中合成样品缺陷含量丰富,荧光发射强度大. Using thioacetamide (TAA) as precursor, ZnS nanocrystals were synthesized in Nation membranes by self-assembly. Unlike the samples synthesized before, the ZnS nanocrystals exhibited distinct signals for X - ray diffraction (XRD) characterization; high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) was used to investigate the morphology, size and distribution of these ZnS nanoparticles embedded in Nation membranes. Optical properties of ZnS nanoparticles in Nation were also characterized by UV -Vis adsorption and luminescence spectra. The results show that the surface defects of ZnS nanoparticles are quit different for samples synthesized in different solvents, leading to the difference in optical properties. The sample synthesized in ethanol displayed strong fluorescence emission for its abundant surface defects.
