护理干预对糖耐量异常人群的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过对糖耐量异常（IGT）人群进行护理干预，探讨护理干预对IGT人群健康状态的影响，以达到促进健康，预防疾病的目的。方法采用问卷调查的方法对60例IGT患者进行调查，了解其健康状态，然后将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对实验组进行护理干预，1年后，对两组的观察指标变化情况进行比较。结果实验组血糖水平较干预前下降，对照组血糖水平较一年前升高，且实验组各项指标均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论通过护理干预,能够促进IGT患者好转．降低糖尿病发病率和减少代谢综合征的发生。
