摘要
提出了一种利用激光跟踪仪对球形嵌入式空心角锥反射镜(SMR)性能进行检测及误差评估的方法。该方法用激光跟踪仪,结合多齿分度台作为水平转动基准,对同一个SMR反射镜进行重复多次测量。将SMR反射镜的各种误差因素分离,并对SMR反射镜的顶点与球心的轴向偏差、径向偏差、面夹角误差等因素进行了分析,并指出了此方法的优缺点。
A measurement method for the performance of spherically-mounted retroreflector (SMR) used by laser tracker is described. It is used as the target retroreflector in system of laser tracker. The same SMR reflector is measured for many times using this method of with a precision interferometer, and an index table is used for horizontal rotation datum plane. The experiment separates the errors of SMR successfully, analyses axial error, adial error, and dihedral angle error, also analyses the precision range of the method. Laser tracker is certainly can be used to measure the performance of SMR. The advantage and disadvantage of this method are discussed.
