摘要
炼油厂气体脱硫工艺装置中影响脱硫效果的因素主要有:脱硫塔操作温度、脱硫塔操作压力、气液比、贫胺液浓度、贫液中H2S含量、脱硫塔的塔板数等。以某炼油厂催化裂化和延迟焦化两个装置的混合干气为例,介绍了利用VMGSim流程模拟软件对上述影响因素进行数据计算并进行定量分析,从而选择合适的工艺设备、确定最佳的操作条件的方法。
Main factors affecting the desulfurization effect of refinery gas desulfurization unit include operating temperature and pressure in desulfurization tower,vapor-liquid ratio,concentration of lean amine,H2S content in lean amine,and number of tray in desulfurization tower.Taking the mixed dry gas from FCC unit and delayed coking unit in a refinery as the example,this paper introduces a method for selecting appropriate process equipment and optimum operation conditions by data computation and quantitative analysis of above-mentioned factors based on VMGSim process simulation software.
