摘要
目的探讨细支气管肺泡癌临床及CT表现。方法收集25例经病理证实的肺泡癌临床及CT资料,找出其相对特征性表现。结果结节型3例,位于肺下野胸膜下,2例出现小泡征,1例出现钙化征;炎症型13例,7例可见支气管气像,4例见血管造影征,碎石路征1例;弥漫型9例,病灶以两下肺野分布为主,2例融合成片,4例有细角状突起,2例出现支气管血管束增粗和小叶间隔增厚。结论细支气管肺泡癌的临床、影像表现复杂多样,对各型表现深入细致地分析,可提高本病的诊断符合率。
