摘要
目的加强基层医院药品监控,促进合理用药以减少医药资源的浪费和不良反应的发生。方法从多方面、多途径入手,设立重点监控药品、重点监控科室和对医师开具的处方和病历等进行回顾性监控、实时监控、阶段监控以及总量监控等各个环节的医院药品监控。结果与结论临床药师开展药品监控能规范药品使用,减少大处方、滥用药,是药事管理新的任务和要求。
To strengthen primary hospital drug monitoring so as to promote rational drug use and then reduce the drug waste of medicine resources and adverse drug reactions. METHODS： Aimed at some drugs, departments and doctors, hospital .pared drug monitoring was carried out by different ways and from different angles such as retrospective monitoring, real-time monitoring, stage monitoring and total quantity monitoring etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Due to the drug monitoring, big prescription and drug abuse phenomena were reduced, which is in line with the new task and requirement of pharmaceutical administration.
